Stock, customers and accounts are the most sensitive data a business has. Here is how the platform handles them.
Each shop kept apart
Every query is scoped to your shop, and your store is resolved from its own address — another shop’s staff can never reach your records.
Separate staff and shopper logins
Staff and customers sign in through separate systems, and staff accounts can use two-factor codes from an authenticator app.
Payments confirmed by the gateway
An order is marked paid only on the gateway’s signed confirmation, and a repeated message can never charge or count twice.
Gateway keys encrypted
Your payment gateway secrets are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never in plain text.
Careful with uploads and exports
Images are checked and cleaned before they reach your store, and CSV exports are guarded against spreadsheet formula injection.
Backed up off the server
The database is backed up to Google Cloud Storage. Ask us where your data is hosted — we will tell you exactly.

Every invoice works out GST from the product’s HSN code and where the order ships: CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across states. GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B), e-Invoice and e-Way bills are not built yet — today you share your invoices and reports with your accountant.

Yes, on Growth and Enterprise — our team connects it for you and a free HTTPS certificate is issued. Starter runs on a free yourshop.shop.concocterz.in address, and you can move to your own domain later.
There is only one stock number. The online store and the counter read and change the same stock record, and it is locked while a sale completes — so the last piece can’t be sold twice.
UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery to the PIN codes you choose. An order is marked paid only when Razorpay confirms it. Other gateways are not integrated yet.
