Indian shops that sell both online and in person — it was built with a jewellery retailer and a fashion boutique, who run on it today. Boutiques, gift shops and lifestyle brands fit well too. If you need payroll, manufacturing or purchase orders, we are not the right fit yet.

Every invoice works out GST from the product’s HSN code and where the order ships: CGST and SGST within your state, IGST across states. GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B), e-Invoice and e-Way bills are not built yet — today you share your invoices and reports with your accountant.

Each shop’s records are kept apart from every other shop, staff and shopper logins are separate, staff can use two-factor sign-in, payment gateway secrets are encrypted, and the database is backed up off the server. Ask us anything — the engineers answer security questions directly.

No. The store comes with every plan. We take no percentage of your sales; your payment gateway charges its own fee directly.

Yes, on Growth and Enterprise — our team connects it for you and a free HTTPS certificate is issued. Starter runs on a free yourshop.shop.concocterz.in address, and you can move to your own domain later.

There is only one stock number. The online store and the counter read and change the same stock record, and it is locked while a sale completes — so the last piece can’t be sold twice.

UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery to the PIN codes you choose. An order is marked paid only when Razorpay confirms it. Other gateways are not integrated yet.

Yes — export your products to a spreadsheet and import them. Customer and order history imports are not automated yet; on Enterprise our team handles the move with you.
